Colston Sanger
Colston is a practitioner and educator with extensive experience of both the public and private sector, and also with SMEs and new venture start-ups.
Much of what he does is focused on agile, team-centred approaches to process improvement and socio-technical change so as to enhance engagement, increase work-group effectiveness and build organisational capability.
Colston's particular concern is how organisational relationships flex, respond and adapt in the face of uncertainty and unanticipated risk.
He is also co-series editor of the Springer-Verlag Computer-Supported Co-operative Work (CSCW) book series.
