A Masterclass in Managing Projects

Susannah Finzi of Antelope Projects developed - together with the Atlantic Systems Guild - a three-day master class in Project Management entitled “Managing the Deadline”. This course was delivered as a public event on a number of occasions with excellent ratings in Berlin, Rome and London.
It has been specifically designed for people already managing large or complex projects to help them understand some of the “smart” project management issues which would enable them to aim for a “good project” - something which goes beyond time, quality and budget.

A one-day version, more closely focussed on the particular challenges facing project managers in resource-hungry environments has since been delivered by Antelope Projects for SMEs and public service organisations in the UK.
